There is a lot of conflicting information about what the optimal human diet is. If your like me you have probably played around with more than a few different diet schemes, I even dabbled in a vegetarian/vegan diet for a year! Wikipedia has a list of more than 100 diets and there are more dreamt up every year. So what is the optimal human diet? Lately I have been having some amazing conversations around this topic with friends, colleagues and thought leaders in this space and I decided to start recording some of these conversations to share with others.
